This course will provide you an understanding of the DISC assessment tool and methodologies that measure observable human behavior and how to utilize them to improve internal team communication and teamwork as well as external client relationships, and how to use this knowledge to accelerate sales and improve sales outcomes. In addition, this course covers the Sales Strategy Index, a tool that measures your understanding of the 7 Step Sales Process, and how to use it to identify specific areas in your preparation, warm-up, qualifying, presentation, overcoming objections, closing and follow up activities that can be improved to help you achieve your sales goals.
